With a sophisticated system currently in place, we had improved on our recruitment and retention figures. In the short to medium term, our aim of a 100 men agency is not far off. Requirements:
Possess at least GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Strong passion in sales and financial industry
Right Attitude and good interpersonal skill
Entry level candidates , Ex Cabin crew, Ex Teacher, Ex Army Regular are welcome to apply
Experienced sales personnel will be at an advantage
